A Podcast About Work, Neurodivergence, and How AI Mirrors the Rules We Never Chose
What happens when workplaces reward polish over honesty? When neurodivergent voices vanish inside vague feedback systems? When AI reflects the silence no one’s willing to name?
We talk about that.
New episodes weekly.
Satire. Stories. And the systems shaping how we work and who gets heard.
About the show
Not everything broken at work needs AI.
But some stories make more sense when you hear both the human voice—and the system’s.
Humans in the Loop is a hybrid narrative podcast about neurodivergence, workplace culture, and the impact of artificial intelligence. Each episode blends real human stories with insight from Ezra Strix, a custom AI narrator trained to reflect, not replace, the people behind the mic.
We explore topics like masking, burnout, executive dysfunction, bias in tech, inclusion, and emotional labor, naming the hidden dynamics behind the systems we work within.
This isn’t AI for novelty’s sake. It’s storytelling for people navigating modern work.

Episodes
Each story stands alone—until it doesn’t.
Humans in the Loop offers two types of episodes:
Narrative episodes about neurodivergent experiences, workplace dynamics, and the systems we survive
Backchannel episodes that flip the script—told from the perspective of managers, peers, or institutional roles
Together, they reveal how bias, burnout, and performative inclusion get reinforced from both sides of the loop.
Start with a story. Then follow the ripple.
Because every system has multiple perspectives.
And in work culture, some of them do more harm than good.
